Web of Shadows is an upcoming American superhero film based on the characters Tony Stark and Lex Luthor. Produced by Mob Productions and SOI Studios, and distributed by Walt Disney Studios Motion Pictures, it is intended to be the 2nd film in the Goodwin's Universe (GWU). The film is being directed and written by Alex Brow.
In November 2022, after development started on Clash of Minds, Web of Shadows was ordered to be made by Brow, who also helped make Clash of Minds; and with an increased budget, Brow decided to make the film focus entirely on the character Spider-Man with the help of Nightwing, to stop a "deadly threat".
